Job summary

TQA is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer in the United Kingdom to lead high-impact builds that go live and stay live. You will own the technical design, define patterns, and manage the deployment pipeline, while still coding the hardest parts each week.

You will mentor teammates and communicate trade-offs to clients in plain language. Ideal candidates have a Power Platform Developer Associate certification, proven leadership of production workstreams, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

Led a production workstream and owned the technical design.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
Set up deployment pipelines with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Code extending the platform (C#, PCF, TypeScript).
Copilot Studio agents built and published for real users.
UK resident with right to work (visa sponsorship not offered).

Responsibilities

Lead the client workstream build within the architected framework.
Build across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, extending with code as needed.
Set up deployment pipelines and automated tests for repeatable releases.
Mentor developers on the workstream and review their work.
Estimate build effort and explain trade-offs to clients in clear language.
