Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Power Platform Developer to join our Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services Practice in the UK. You will define design models, build PowerApps and Power Automate flows, and lead RPA initiatives across client engagements.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, drive modern automation solutions using Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CRM, and related tooling, and oversee deployment from development to production in an agile CI/CD environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building PowerApps: model-driven and canvas apps with Dataverse and Power Automate.
• Hands-on with Copilot – Studio for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of automation and the Power Platform suite.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, SQL, etc.).
• Experience with UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism and leading large RPA programs.
• Experience working in agile, CI/CD environments with Azure DevOps or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define design models aligned with the business and technology vision.
• Design, develop and implement Power Platform and RPA solutions with best practices.
• Lead evaluation of alternative solutions and drive technology standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee deployment and ensure smooth transition from development to production.
