Job summary

Avance Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on Power Platform Developer to design and deliver Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows for enterprise portals. You will build responsive UI, implement security, and connect SQL/Dataverse backends.

You will own governance, participate in demos and releases, and mentor teammates. Strong knowledge of RBAC, environment governance, and ALM via Azure DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience.
• Proven delivery of Canvas Apps with SQL/Dataverse backends.
• Experience with Power Automate approval flows and governance.
• Strong RBAC, security roles, and environment governance.

Responsibilities

• Build Canvas Apps with responsive layouts and components.
• Develop Operator Portal modules including dashboards and letter management.
• Implement dual-approval Power Automate flows with notifications.
• Configure and secure connectors and environment variables.
• Enforce security with RBAC and Azure AD groups.
• Validate data/business rules with Power Fx and flows.
• Optimize performance and enable scalable solutions.
• Create solution architecture docs and admin runbooks.
• Collaborate across teams and participate in demos/UAT.
