Job summary

Version 1 in Leeds seeks an experienced Senior Power Platform/D365 CE specialist to lead design, build and delivery across major projects. You will own technical quality, drive integrations via APIs and Azure, and mentor distributed teams while working directly with customers to refine requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in Power Platform/D365 delivery, strong front-end and back-end development skills (C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid), and Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Power Platform/D365 projects.
• Proficient with Power Apps (Model-driven & Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Experience implementing D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Insights).
• Front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid Template.
• Server-side development with C#/.NET/.NET Core preferred.
• REST API integration & custom connectors.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services.
• Experience with ALM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform/D365.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and delivery across Power Platform and D365 CE projects.
• Own technical quality, standards, and deliverables.
• Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services.
• Engage with customers to refine requirements.
• Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches.
• Mentor developers and lead distributed teams.
• Act as the technical authority across project delivery.
• Contribute to complex solution design and troubleshooting.
• Shape solutions and guide development teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions.
• Assess emerging Microsoft platform capabilities and steer adoption.
