We are recruiting for the role of Senior Power Platform Consultant. This position involves delivering consultancy, building robust Power Platform solutions, and contributing to the integration of Generative AI in client offerings. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer focus, client-facing capability, and a passion for innovation.

Role Overview

The Senior Power Platform Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting delivery goals, aligning with an AI-native ethos and the objective of becoming a leading Generative AI specialist in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery & Consultancy

• Deliver consultancy services and build robust Power Platform solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure Power Platform solutions, integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Develop enterprise-grade architectures for regulated industries.
• Hands-on development and oversight of Power Platform solutions.
• Implement governance frameworks and enterprise security standards.
• Integrate Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI models.
• Ensure compliance, security, and performance optimization.

Technical Leadership & Client Engagement

• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design with clients.
• Provide technical oversight for Power Platform projects.
• Develop custom connectors, APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Optimize low-code/no-code solutions for scalability and efficiency.
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Integrate Generative AI into Power Platform solutions.
• Develop IP accelerators, reusable templates, and best-practice frameworks.

Thought Leadership & Team Growth

• Act as an SME on Power Platform, AI, and automation.
• Lead internal expertise and technical skills growth.
