What we're looking for...

This is a pivotal role as the first team member of Microsoft and Power Platform experts, designing and delivering AI-powered solutions across the enterprise.

We seek someone passionate about automation, AI, and user experience, capable of shaping Copilot Studio and Power Platform to provide measurable value in complex, regulated environments like financial services.

Whether experienced with Copilot Studio or seeking to deepen AI orchestration skills, this role offers leadership opportunities in an innovative business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Solution Design: Create scalable solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform to automate workflows, ensure compliance, and improve customer experience.
• Conversational Design: Define AI assistant behaviors, natural language flows, and integration points.
• Integration & Orchestration: Connect Copilots with core systems via Dataverse, Azure, APIs, or third-party apps.
• Governance & Security: Ensure responsible AI use and compliance.
• Documentation & Design: Develop solution designs, specifications, and architecture artifacts.
• Enablement & Best Practice: Promote reusability and scalability of Copilot solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience designing or implementing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Platform.
• Understanding of enterprise data integration using Dataverse, Azure, and APIs.
• Ability to design conversational flows and AI behaviors.
• Knowledge of security and compliance in regulated industries.
• Strong documentation skills for architecture and design plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Bonus: Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, or other Microsoft AI services.

Initial use cases include:

• AI voice pilots for smarter outbound sales calls
• Form-fill automation using GPT and Power Platform
