Job summary

Methods is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform and AI Developer to drive design, build and release of enterprise solutions. You will own components end-to-end and guide decisions across low-code and pro-code patterns, with a focus on AI agents and safe workflows.

You will collaborate with users, product teams, engineers and security colleagues to ensure robust, observable and secure delivery across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and releasing production solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Pro-code engineering with APIs, integrations and security controls.
• Strong understanding of security, data protection and enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, test, deployment and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Engineer AI agents and agentic workflows with safe failure paths.
• Integrate solutions with MCP servers, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure services.
• Review designs, mentor developers and contribute reusable patterns.
• Ensure observability, security and reliable live services.
