Job summary

Arm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Power Intent / UPF Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team, focusing on power efficiency and performance of our compute solutions. You will help define power domains, states and retention strategies while shaping power-aware design flows and EDA tool interactions.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to produce, merge and validate UPF files across hierarchical domains, investigate PDN trade-offs and enable partners to achieve the best

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or CS required with strong power domain knowledge.
• Proven UPF definition and verification experience.
• Experience with low power formal verification and EDA tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement power intent specifications for SoC designs.
• Produce, merge and validate UPF files across hierarchical domains.
• Analyze trade-offs in the Power Domain Network and power distribution.
• Collaborate with partners to achieve high-quality results.
