Job summary

Crown Agents Bank Limited is seeking a role in Post Trade Management to resolve post execution payment queries and coordinate with a global network of correspondent banks. You will manage FX and MM payments, ensure timely query resolution, and produce daily reports for stakeholders across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in payment investigations, strong SWIFT knowledge, and exposure to FX settlements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Payment Investigations or similar role in Banking Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SWIFT MT1XX/MT2XX series.
• Exposure to Foreign Exchange processes and settlement flows.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-execution payment inquiries with prompt updates to correspondent banks and clients.
• Produce unsettled trade reports and highlight failed FX settlements.
• Regularly liaise with Relationship Bankers to update progress on queries.
• Investigate Nostro account breaks and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Respond to and resolve incoming client queries promptly.
• Generate and distribute daily payment reports to relevant teams.
