A healthcare organization in North Wales is seeking a professional for advanced specialist practice in post-operative care. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality service and support, while also providing senior clinical leadership when needed. Demonstrates advanced specialist practice, undertaking holistic assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients throughout the post operative and PACU pathway.
Responsible for the quality of care delivered within the clinical area, empowering the post operative team.
Works collaboratively and co-operatively with members of the multi-disciplinary team to deliver Operating Theatre Services and provide expert advice and support for other healthcare professionals and agencies.
To delegate for the Team Leader when required, to provide senior clinical leadership and be a professional role model with the ability to confidently lead a theatre recovery team in the absence of a team leader, in the provision of high quality service and to demonstrate clinical expertise by giving direct post-operative care.
