Rathbones is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join the Dedicated Portfolio Management team. The role focuses on constructing, managing and monitoring investment portfolios for a varied client base, balancing risk and return, and collaborating with investment management teams to meet client outcomes.

Progression from Associate role includes increased autonomy, strategic input, and commercial awareness. You will work to deliver strong, risk-adjusted performance aligned with Rathbones’ investment

Formación

• Experience of managing portfolios at scale.
• Demonstrated success in client service and contribution to business performance.
• Level 7 qualification CWM or CFA (CWM preferred).
• Experience in client administration and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement investment strategies based on risk tolerance, goals and horizons.
• Ensure portfolios align with client objectives and market conditions.
• Select assets and determine asset allocation within Rathbones strategy.
• Research and analysis to support client requirements and outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of Rathbones proposition, market context and regulatory framework.
• Mentor and support junior team members; participate in forums and projects.
