Lilly seeks a dynamic quantitative scientist to own population PK/PD modeling across programs, using NONMEM/Monolix and R. You will author analysis plans and regulatory submission reports, and lead end-to-end modeling efforts with scientific rigor.

Collaborate with statistics, regulatory, medical, and clinical development, driving automation and AI integration, and communicating results clearly to teams and senior partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in pharmacometrics or related modelling field.
• Experience in population PK/PD modeling and clear communication of theories to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with NONMEM/Monolix, R, and mrgsolve.

Responsabilités

• Independently develop, evaluate, and apply population PK/PD models to answer development questions using NONMEM/Monolix with R.
• Lead PMx programs as primary author of analysis plan and modeling report for regulatory submission.
• Provide scientific input on dose, regimen, patient population, and strategy; address health authority questions.
• Perform QC of modeling deliverables and support scientific oversight of vendor analyses.
• Identify modeling opportunities beyond current questions and communicate them.
