Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in Belfast is seeking a Lead PMO Transformation professional to design and mobilise PMO functions for large-scale programmes. You will lead PMO delivery across transformation initiatives and manage plans, milestones, risks and governance.

You will build trusted senior stakeholder relationships, contribute to proposals, bids and client opportunities, and work across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments in a hybrid Belfast role.

Qualifications

• Experienced PMO, Programme Management or Transformation professional delivering large-scale programmes.
• Experience in digital or business transformation, technology-enabled transformation, people and organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, MSP/PMO delivery systems.
• Strong planning, dependency, risk/issue, benefits, governance and reporting management; senior stakeholder engagement and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and mobilise PMO functions across programmes.
• Lead PMO delivery across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Establish governance, reporting and programme controls.
• Track programme benefits and transformation outcomes.
• Support assurance, turnaround and recovery when programmes face challenges.
• Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Collaborate across business, technology, people and transformation teams.
• Develop transformation methodologies and tools.
• Support proposals, bids and new client opportunities.
• Apply industry knowledge to improve programme delivery.
• Present progress, risks, recommendations and decisions to leadership.
