Job summary

Qualifications

• Articulate and effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to investigate content and oversee portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal skills across large organizations with proactive communication.
• Experience in data related programs including governance, lineage and risk controls.
• Ability to drive progress and meet deadlines across dependencies.
• Experience coordinating with Compliance, Technology and Internal Audit.
• Ability to plan, organize and work in team or independently.
• Proven leadership in driving change and strategic thinking.
• Proven track record and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise Markets activity/progress reports for diverse audiences.
• Provide check and challenge on activity/progress reports from other functions.
• Apply PMO best practices—plans, risks, issues, documentation.
• Drive end results of the project as Markets representative.
• Facilitate remediation engagements with Markets product lines.
• Proactively track progress against goals.
• Recognize problems early and articulate them clearly with stakeholders.
• Promote partner involvement through effective status communications.
