Government Recruitment Service seeks a Programme Management Office Lead to guide project and programme planning and reporting for the CMS Modernisation agenda. You will supervise a small team of SEOs and HEOs, providing direction and support while embedding robust governance across CMS.

You will drive planning, reporting, and business-case development for CMS and the DWP Modernisation Programme, ensuring benefits are realised and governance is adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all project and programme planning and reporting activity for CMS Modernisation and CMS priorities.
• Line management responsibility for a small team of SEOs and HEOs with clear direction and support.
• Ensure governance routes across CMS are embedded and maintained.
• Oversee planning activity to ensure governance is adhered to.
• Coordinate reporting of Project/Programme delivery across CMS and DWP Service Modernisation Programme.
• Develop and manage Business Cases and benefits articulated in the case.
• Provide coaching and direction to Project Managers and Change Leads within formal governance.
• Drive benefits realisation of initiatives across CMS and DWP Service Modernisation Programme.
• Engage with project and digital leads to support lifecycle changes.
