Job summary

Safran Seats, part of the Safran Group, is seeking a Senior PMO - Engineering to lead PMO operations for engineering projects in the UK. The role focuses on delivering a compliant, integrated framework of processes and tools to support engineering managers’ objectives and program delivery.

The successful candidate will be proficient in data analytics, risk management, and earned value management, providing guidance across planning, budgeting, and governance while coordinating with PMO resources

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls.
• Knowledge of risk, change, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to PMO Ops Engineering and act as SME within the Programme Management Office.
• Support Engineering Managers with delivery milestones, NRC/RC, and cost reporting.
• Address irregularities in the project management reference system and report them.
• Recommend continuous process improvements and best practices deployment.
• Provide information and advice on planning, schedules, and budgeting to support engineering and programmes.
