Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power is seeking an experienced Programme Manager in Slough to lead multi-disciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle. You will drive delivery, manage risks, and optimise programme financial performance while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience leading programmes/projects in commercial, engineering, manufacturing or technology environments.
Proficiency with project tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
Ability to create KPIs, dashboards and management reports using Power BI, Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage programmes/projects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring delivery against objectives and timescales.
Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate programme risks with corrective actions.
Review and validate sales proposals, technical estimates and business cases for viability.
Manage programme financial performance including sales, revenue, profitability, cost control, forecasting and recovery planning.
Develop and communicate integrated programme plans with milestones, deliverables and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for collaboration and issue resolution.
Chair programme review meetings and provide status updates to customers and senior leadership.
Support contract management and contribute to new business opportunities.
