Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to join our Business Change Management team. Reporting into the PMO Manager, you’ll partner with the delivery and PMO teams to ensure projects adhere to the TMK project delivery framework and are effectively tracked and monitored. You will support the successful delivery of TMK change initiatives by providing best practices, effective governance, controls, lifecycle support, and accurate management information and reporting to the business.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Providing data analysis and identifying portfolio trends in areas such as project dependencies, metrics, risks, and change requests.
2. Creating and documenting end-to-end processes.
3. Assisting in the continuous development and implementation of best practice standards, processes, tools, and templates for PPM.
4. Working with the PMO Manager and project managers to ensure accurate forecasting and cost tracking on all projects.
5. Coaching and training stakeholders in PMO practices, project management, and effective methodologies.

Candidate requirements:

• Expertise with MSP or other PPM tools and Microsoft products.
• Significant PMO and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Change management and transformation experience, ideally in a delivery capacity.
• Familiarity with key change management concepts.
• Preferably PMP or PRINCE2 certified.
• Experience delivering projects using various methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
• Strong process documentation skills within portfolio, program, or project environments.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
