This is a new and exclusive opportunity for an IT PMO Project Portfolio Management analyst to join a thriving investment bank as they grow their IT PMO Project Portfolio Management change team.

Role details

1. Job Title: IT PMO Project Portfolio Management
2. Focus: Setting and maintaining standards for project governance in EMEA IT
3. Business area: Banking, including compliance with governance and regulations such as DORA
4. Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 plus benefits and bonus (permanent role)
5. Location: London City (Liverpool Street station) and hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
6. Requirements: Background in IT PMO Project Portfolio Management within banking

As the IT PMO Project Portfolio Management analyst, responsibilities include setting and maintaining project governance standards in EMEA IT, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (such as DORA), aligning processes and tools across EMEA and the Americas Division, and serving as the central information source for all EMEA IT projects.

The team is relatively new, and its processes are still evolving. The successful candidate will contribute to its development with ideas and implementation.

The primary tools currently used are the Microsoft Office suite, with a transition underway to incorporate ServiceNow PPM, used by the Americas Division. Experience leading onboarding onto ServiceNow PPM is required.
