Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, finance, or business administration.
• At least 5 years of project support experience in a PMO environment.
• Experience coordinating between portfolio managers, programme managers, project managers, and suppliers.
• PRINCE2, IPMA-D, or equivalent certification.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Senior PMO required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and overseeing project planning, milestone schedules, programme interdependencies, and risk assessments.
• Monitoring project deliverables and managing project documentation.
• Setting up and analysing capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Ensuring progress reporting is completed and proactively identifying risks and issues.
• Preparing communications to inform and engage stakeholders, project teams, and steering committees.
• Preparing and organising relevant project meetings and governance sessions.
• Supporting the delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

• Higher professional education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in engineering, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project support within a project management environment.
• Experience acting as a key liaison between portfolio managers, programme managers, project managers, business stakeholders, IT organisations, and external suppliers.
• PRINCE2, IPMA-D, or equivalent project management certification.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Experience working within Agile project environments.
