Job summary

Homeprotect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the pricing and underwriting domain outcomes, shaping the strategic roadmap with input from Engineering, Actuarial, Commercial, and Risk teams. You will drive evidence-based decisions and mentor other Product Managers while balancing regulatory and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps based on data and customer insight.
• Ability to balance customer value, usability, technical feasibility and business viability.

Responsibilities

• Own the domain roadmap with clear outcomes and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager and cross-functional partners to deliver the roadmap.
• Drive evidence-based decisions using data, customer insight and regulatory context.
• Mentor other Product Managers and shape product management standards at Homeprotect.
• Represent domain priorities in cross-domain decisions and trade-offs.
• Ensure domain metrics track improvements in customer outcomes and time-to-market.
