Job summary

Atos is seeking a Project Manager with strong Transition and Pre-Sales experience to initiate, plan and lead end-to-end projects delivering on time, within budget and to quality. You will shape delivery plans, allocate resources and manage risks while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle.

This role blends structured project delivery with pre-sales expertise. Remote-friendly UK role with national mobility; candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex transition programmes end-to-end.
• Excellent bid-writing and proposal development skills.
• Strong RAID governance, risk and issue management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across suppliers and delivery teams.
• Ability to create and own integrated transition plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition programmes from initiation to go-live.
• Develop Transition Plans, mobilization, knowledge transfer, exit and go-live readiness.
• Establish programme governance, track dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate across customers, incumbent suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare high-quality bid responses and transition plans for pre-sales activities.
