UK Health Security Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major capital, engineering and infrastructure projects across the Porton Down site. You will steer projects from concept to handover, ensuring safety, quality and value for money, while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

In this role you will manage budgets, contracts, and governance, directing cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex capital, engineering, construction or infrastructure projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and suppliers in NEC and/or JCT environments.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Recognised project management qualification (APM PMQ or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of capital, engineering, refurbishment and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, procurement activities and contracts ensuring value for money.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical, operational and leadership teams.
• Drive governance, risk management and reporting for informed decisions.
• Create safe, compliant and sustainable project solutions aligned with long-term objectives.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
