UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) at Porton Down, Salisbury, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead capital, infrastructure and refurbishment projects up to £5m within a highly regulated scientific environment.

You will manage budgets, consultants and contractors, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and work with stakeholders to deliver projects that support UKHSA's operational and strategic objectives. This role is on-site at Porton Down and requires full-time commitment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering capital, infrastructure and engineering projects up to £5m.
• Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from business case to commissioning.
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance capabilities.

• Lead delivery of capital, engineering and infrastructure projects across full lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities and contracts.
• Develop and monitor benefits realisation plans to achieve business outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Establish project controls and governance, manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and UKHSA policies, promoting safety.
• Incorporate sustainability considerations into planning and delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote continuous improvement across UKHSA.
