Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Kent, delivering schemes across London and the South East.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, covering Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties, while working closely with clients, contractors and professional teams on public sector assignments valued from £1m–£30m.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration
• Experience delivering public sector projects (£1m–£30m)
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Undertake Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and professional teams
• Deliver projects across the public sector
• Build and maintain client relationships
