Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd, in partnership with a well-established property and construction consultancy, is recruiting a Project Manager on a permanent basis for projects across London and the South East.

The role offers a salary guide of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum and requires a minimum of five years' experience in Project Management, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration, with a track record delivering public sector schemes from £1m to £30m.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' Project Management experience.
• Experience as Employer's Agent and Contract Administration.
• Experience delivering public sector projects valued £1m–£30m.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ranging from £1m to £30m across pre- and post-contract stages.
• Provide Project Management, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services.
• Manage a varied portfolio including education schemes from primary schools to universities and SEN schools.
• Support day-to-day project delivery and ensure standards, timescales and budgets are met.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support future business development.
• Assist with submissions and contribute to client development and networking.
