Job summary

Contek Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of bespoke high-security door installations from design through installation. You will coordinate CAD/manufacturing with on-site teams, manage budgets and risks, and maintain strong client and contractor communications.

Based in Birmingham, you will ensure compliance with RAMS, CDM regulations and LPCB/ISO standards while travelling to client sites across the UK as required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management within manufacturing/construction environments.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and CAD designs with accuracy.
• Strong budgeting and variation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of bespoke high-security door projects from design to installation sign-off.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, main contractors and architects with timely updates.
• Coordinate production schedules with CAD/manufacturing teams and on-site crews.
• Monitor budgets, variations, procurement lead times and billing milestones.
• Ensure safety compliance with RAMS, CDM policies and ISO/LPCB standards.
