Job summary

i3 in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major technology and transformation initiative within a London Market insurance environment. You will own a significant programme from planning to implementation, working with business, technology and senior stakeholders.

This hands-on delivery role requires operating atSenior PM or Programme Manager level rather than people management.

Qualifications

Strong London Market insurance experience.
Proven experience delivering Claims and/or Underwriting platform implementations.
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology and transformation programmes.
A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with the ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a significant programme from planning through to implementation.
Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, issues and governance.
Work across business and technology teams to keep delivery on track.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Coordinate third parties, vendors and internal delivery teams where required.
Ensure governance, reporting and decision-making throughout the programme.
Drive delivery through complex London Market processes and stakeholder groups.
