Job summary

Nscale is building a world-class AI cloud platform with a focus on security, compliance, and data residency for European customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own a major area of the cloud platform, drive end-to-end projects from framing through launch, and partner with engineering, design, and research to deliver high-impact product outcomes.

You will operate at team scope in the EU, mentor junior PMs, and shape product experiences while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in software or technology.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud and platform technologies, with focus on security and compliance.
• Proven ability to move from ambiguous problems to shipped product outcomes.
• Experience mentoring peers or junior PMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can present complex decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a major part of the cloud platform.
• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional EU projects from framing to launch and iteration.
• Deliver outcomes meeting European customers' data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory needs.
• Embed security, compliance, and cryptography into the product area.
• Clarify ambiguous problem statements, align stakeholders, and define done.
• Collaborate with design and research to validate hypotheses before engineering scopes.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise the quality of PRDs and reviews.
• Represent the product area in planning, reviews, and updates to leadership.
• Define and drive the metrics that matter for your area.
