Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to help shape the Enterprise AI Platform strategy, roadmap and delivery. This early-career opportunity focuses on enabling secure, scalable AI across LSEG's product portfolio and working with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate new capabilities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security and Governance to ensure compliant, reliable platform services, while developing your product management craft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Interest in AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, APIs and enterprise software.
• Early career experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform with stakeholders.
• Own product direction for platform capabilities (services, tooling, governance).
• Participate in hands-on frontier AI products, prototyping and validation with customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable platform capabilities and track progress.
• Maintain platform standards, documentation and reusable services for AI development.
• Support adoption of AI infrastructure and collect internal feedback.
• Work with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk to ensure policy compliance.
• Document use cases, gather requirements and support roadmap prioritisation.
• Define and track success metrics for platform adoption and developer experience.
• Coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers on initiatives.
• Contribute to LSEG’s Enterprise AI strategy and foundational capabilities.
