Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Product and Proposition Manager to own the lifecycle of finance admin delivery through embedded services and API-enabled solutions, shaping experiences for our SME business clients across digital channels.

You will drive roadmap ownership, partner with design and engineering in a scaled agile framework, manage external partnerships, and translate regulatory requirements into simple, scalable workflows that boost digital engagement and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Product management experience in accounting, tax, compliance, bookkeeping, SaaS or SME finance platforms.
Experience with embedded services products and API capabilities in SME markets.
Translate regulatory requirements into scalable customer workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

Develop customer level strategies and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Act as SME in product propositions and journeys and advise stakeholders across the bank.
Define priorities and lead execution to deliver the strategy.
Evaluate feasibility, legal compliance and risks of new products.
Monitor adoption, usage, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Lead launch plans and deployments for new products.
