Job summary

Barclays Business Banking is seeking a Product and Propositions Manager to shape the product strategy and drive new propositions for UK businesses. You will own customer journeys, collaborate with Technology, Risk and Operations, and steer cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will apply commercial and data-driven insights, assess feasibility and risk, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compelling customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Commercial acumen including P&L, business case writing and investment sizing.
• Data- and analytics-driven value proposition construction and governance.
• AI literacy with agile delivery, API and core banking integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer level strategies and tailored solutions.
• Subject matter expert guiding stakeholders across the bank on products.
• Define priorities and lead execution of product delivery.
• Model commercial/value through P&L understanding for segments.
• Evaluate feasibility, legal compliance, and risk for launches.
• Monitor adoption, usage, satisfaction and revenue against goals.
