Zusammenfassung

Cavendish Professionals is recruiting a Project Manager for a landmark Mayfair site, focusing on cut & carve, structural alterations and demolition. You will lead mobilisation, coordinate site teams and subcontractors to achieve the programme milestones.

The project value exceeds £17m and requires strong leadership, HSE discipline and excellent stakeholder management with clients, consultants and local authorities.

Qualifikationen

Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Aufgaben

Manage projects from mobilisation through to handover.
Lead site teams, engineers and subcontractors to achieve programme milestones.
Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Oversee project budgets, procurement and cost control.
Coordinate temporary works, demolition sequencing and structural alteration activities.
Develop and monitor project programmes and recovery plans where required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and local authorities.
Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reporting.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are maintained throughout delivery.
