Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple IT and business transformation projects within a Microsoft-focused environment. You will own initiatives from initial scope through delivery and be responsible for schedules, budgets and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role is remote UK and requires strong experience with Agile and Waterfall, Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 is nice to have, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor other

Qualifications

• Track record delivering technology-led business transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
• Ideally experience across Dynamics 365, Business Central/NAV and/or Microsoft 365
• Confidence with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing budgets, scope, risks, resources and change control
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT and business transformation projects
• Take ownership from scope to successful delivery
• Produce and manage detailed project plans
• Manage project scope, risk, change requests and exceptions
• Work with delivery teams to plan resources
• Manage customer expectations and maintain regular communication
• Run project reviews, highlight reports and project board meetings
• Take responsibility for the commercial and financial performance of projects
• Mentor and support other Project Managers
