Job summary

Novisto seeks a Senior/Principal Product Manager to own the Carbon suite, spanning Corporate Carbon Accounting, Financed Emissions, Product Carbon Footprint, and Decarbonisation. This role is customer-facing with audit-grade expectations, requiring deep domain knowledge and cross-functional leadership.

You will drive discovery, partner/acquire decisions, and guide AI-enabled evolution while delivering measurable product outcomes in a complex, regulated space.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own outcomes across multiple product lines concurrently.
• Comfort working in a regulated, audit-ready domain with compliance constraints.
• Experience running discovery with UX/UI designers and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes across the Carbon suite (incl. Scope 3, Financed Emissions, Product Carbon Footprint, Decarbonisation).
• Prioritise ruthlessly across diverse problem spaces and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Work across build/partner/acquire models and manage partnerships/solutions.
• Lead discovery, engage with customers, and translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.
