Job summary

Harrington Starr is seeking aSenior Product Manager to own a product area from strategy through delivery in a fast-growing capital markets fintech. You will translate client input into engineering-ready requirements and drive launches, while partnering with sales to uncover revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates have strong PM background, roadmapping experience, and comfort with capital markets, fintech, and AI features.

We're hiring for a fast-growing Capital Markets Fintech business that's built AI deep into its platform, helping clients work more efficiently and stay compliant. They're looking for a Senior PM to take charge of a product area from strategy through to delivery.

The role:

• Own the direction and priorities for your product area, from planning through to launch
• Turn client and stakeholder input into requirements the engineering team can act on
• Run product demos and launch activity to build usage and engagement
• Work alongside sales and account teams to uncover new revenue opportunities
• Contribute to broader initiatives across the product team and support junior colleagues

What they're looking for:

• Strong background as a Senior PM, managing more than one product simultaneously
• Experience building roadmaps linked to clear business and customer goals
• Confident applying prioritisation frameworks to guide decision-making
• Strong skills in writing requirements — user stories, wireframes, acceptance criteria
• B2B SaaS experience with a good understanding of enterprise sales and renewals
• Background in capital markets, financial services or fintech required
• Some experience with AI-related product features

Nice to have:

ProductBoard, Figma, Salesforce admin skills, or scale-up SaaS experience.
