Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Search, Discovery & Open Innovation to lead the global Search & Discovery experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

You’ll shape product strategy, partner with Experience Design, Technology, Data and Market teams, and drive premium discovery. You’ll own innovation for AI-powered search, recommendations, and emerging interfaces while balancing BAU delivery with bold experimentation to grow commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Search & Discovery expertise and digital commerce discovery experience.
• Clear vision and roadmap defined from customer needs, data, and commercial outcomes.
• Data-driven and innovative mindset with analytics to test ideas.
• Experience applying AI to search, recommendations or insight generation.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own global Search & Discovery experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Set vision and principles for discovery across channels; translate needs into priorities.
• Drive continuous product improvement, optimise search relevance and navigation.
• Lead innovation including AI-powered search and emerging technologies.
• Build an insight-led discovery ecosystem with teams across disciplines.
