Job summary

O Partners seeks a design leadership figure to own the global Search & Discovery experience, guiding how customers find, explore and engage with the brand across digital and physical touchpoints.

This is a design leadership and craft role, reporting into a Head of Product within the Consumer & Brand team to define strategy, value, and a premium experience, while driving AI-enabled innovations across channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in search, navigation, taxonomy, filtering, and digital commerce discovery experiences.
• Clear vision and roadmap based on customer needs, data, experimentation and commercial outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities.
• Experience applying AI to search, personalisation, recommendations or insight generation, with responsible usage.
• Excellent cross-functional influence with senior stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Search & Discovery experience, defining product strategy, value proposition and roadmap across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Set vision and principles for discovery, translating customer needs and market context into focused priorities while ensuring premium experiences across channels.
• Drive continuous product improvement, optimise search relevance, navigation and discovery journeys through experimentation and iteration.
• Lead innovation and emerging technology, exploring AI-powered search, recommendations and conversational interfaces.
• Build a connected discovery ecosystem, partnering with Experience Design, Technology, Data, Retail, Commercial and markets.
