Job summary
Weir is undertaking a global SAP S/4HANA transformation and seeks a senior Product Domain Architect to lead PLM capability design and delivery. You will partner with the Product Domain Lead to shape the roadmap, govern enterprise architecture and drive value across end-to-end PLM processes, including MBOM/EBOM, CAD integrations and data governance.
You will influence senior stakeholders, champion cross-domain collaboration, and guide solution architects through modern cloud and data analytics
Qualifications
- Deep PLM domain expertise across end-to-end PLM and product development processes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards in PLM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, CAD tools and MBOM/EBOM.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Lifecycle Management transformation and partner with Product Domain Lead.
- Own and govern PLM capability and value streams across Concept to Launch.
- Lead design, implementation, and optimisation of PLM solutions.
- Guide data, integration, and governance across domains with cloud-focused innovations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in all activities.
