Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Power Systems consultant to lead PLEXOS-based studies and related power systems analysis for energy transition projects.

You will collaborate with WSP experts across the UK to deliver high-quality technical solutions, write and review reports and proposals, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to multi-disciplinary bids. The role offers hybrid working across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization.
• Experience in power systems consulting.
• Proactive and motivated to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting work related to power systems studies, focused on PLEXOS-based studies.
• Provide technical and project management leadership for successful delivery.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of reports and proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals and identify cross-service opportunities.
