Job summary

Betty in the United Kingdom is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead two strategic initiatives: a LiveOps backoffice platform supporting multiple regulated markets, and the infrastructure for our proprietary games. You will own platform-level product decisions used by internal teams, market operators, and third‑party studios.

You will translate complex constraints into a clear roadmap, partner with engineering to design scalable architectures, and define integrations with operators

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager working with backend/platform teams.
• Experience in iGaming, casino, sports betting, or regulated real-money gaming.
• Familiarity with LiveOps/CRM tooling or game integrations is a strong plus.
• Comfort operating in multi-market, multi-regulatory environments.
• Strong technical fluency: read API docs, discuss architecture, challenge estimates.
• Excellent written communication; produce specs and roadmap docs used by engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a multi-market LiveOps platform, balancing central architecture with local market flexibility.
• Define requirements for codifying metagame economies and making them configurable and operable.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable platform architecture across jurisdictions.
• Support build-out of RGS, including game maths integration, certification and compliance workflows, and session management.
• Define product requirements for integrations with operators, aggregators, and game studios.
• Define and track platform KPIs: market adoption, time-to-launch, reliability, uptime.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and present roadmap trade-offs to leadership.
• Represent initiatives in leadership reviews and report progress to senior management.
