Job summary

Aristocrat in London is seeking a Senior Games Product Manager to lead the iLottery and iGaming portfolio end-to-end from concept to commercial success. You will own game vision, metrics, and market fit across multi-title initiatives.

You will collaborate with studios, designers, mathematicians, and analytics to drive innovation, optimize Live Ops, and mentor mid-level PMs while upholding responsible gaming standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience in slot games or casino products.
• Proven track record of launching games with strong engagement and revenue.
• Deep expertise in iLottery, RNG mechanics, and monetization.
• Experience partnering with game studios, designers, and math teams.
• Strong data review skills to guide product decisions.
• Ability to lead end-to-end products in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple games—from conceptualization through launch and live operations.
• Define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title.
• Lead game discovery including concept validation, market fit, and target forecasting.
• Drive execution while maintaining high quality and commercial excellence standards.
• Define and evolve core game mechanics.
• Partner with mathematicians, designers, and studios to develop compelling experiences.
• Apply deep understanding of player psychology, monetization levers, and retention dynamics.
• Lead post-launch optimization including Live Ops, feature tuning, data analysis, and roadmap evolution.
