Job summary

Betty is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead two strategic programs: a LiveOps backoffice platform across multiple regulated markets and the infrastructure for our proprietary games. You will shape platform-level products for internal teams, operators, and third-party studios.

You will partner with engineering to design scalable systems, codify complex metagame economies, and drive cross‑jurisdictional data flows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager working closely with backend/platform engineering teams.
• Experience in iGaming, casino, sports betting, or another regulated real-money gaming vertical is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with RGS architecture, RTP/RNG certification, game integrations, or LiveOps/CRM tooling is a strong plus.
• Comfort operating in a multi-market, multi-regulatory environment.
• Strong ability to read API docs, discuss system architecture, and challenge engineering estimates credibly.
• Excellent written communication; you will produce specs and roadmaps relied upon by engineering, compliance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a multi-market LiveOps platform, balancing central architecture with local market flexibility.
• Define requirements for metagame economies and configurable operation.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable platform across jurisdictions, including data transfer and processing.
• Support build-out of RGS, including game maths integration, certification workflows, and game session management.
• Define product requirements for integrations with operators, aggregators, and third-party studios.
• Define and track platform KPIs: market adoption, time-to-launch, reliability, uptime.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and present progress to leadership.
