Job summary

Betty is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead two initiatives: a LiveOps Backoffice platform for multiple regulated markets and the infrastructure for Betty’s proprietary games. The role targets platform-level products used by internal teams, market operators, and third-party studios.

You will own the roadmap, work with engineering to scale across jurisdictions, integrate with operators, and define KPIs for adoption, reliability, and uptime; translate constraints into actionable

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or PM with backend/platform teams.
• Experience in iGaming, casino, sports betting, or regulated real-money gaming.
• Familiarity with RGS architecture, RTP/RNG certification, or LiveOps/CRM tooling is a strong plus.
• Comfort working in multi-market, multi-regulatory environments.
• Strong technical fluency: read API docs, discuss system architecture, challenge estimates.
• Excellent written communication; produce specs and roadmaps for engineering, compliance, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a multi-market LiveOps platform.
• Define requirements for codifying metagame economies.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure scalable cross-jurisdiction architecture.
• Support build-out of RGS, game maths integration, and certification workflows.
• Define product requirements for operator, aggregator, and studio integrations.
• Define and track platform KPIs like market adoption and uptime.
• Translate constraints into clear technical and business trade-offs.
• Present initiatives in leadership and steering committee reviews.
