9fin, a London-based fintech platform, is hiring a Platform Engineer to empower software engineers with world-class DevOps tooling. The role focuses on building scalable infrastructure, secure multi-account AWS setups, and fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates will have strong Linux, scripting, Terraform, and observability skills, plus a passion for developer experience and fintech context. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide and support strong and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in Linux, Git, Docker with scripting in Python, Bash or Go.
• Experience defining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing infrastructure as code templates/modules.
• Implementing multi-account AWS core infrastructure with security best practices.
• Authoring CI/CD templates and optimisations for fast releases.
• Building a developer portal and DevOps plugins for the team.
• Contributing to observability with SLI/SLO reporting.
• Develop inner/open source projects to improve developer experience.
