Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS) seeks an experienced engineer to join a startup-backed initiative building an AI-enabled, autonomous banking platform for Tier-1 institutions. You will design, build, own, and scale core banking services spanning products, accounts, transactions, journals, and compliance.

You will define APIs and data contracts, drive reliable workflows, and ensure regulatory controls at enterprise scale while improving observability and deployment practices.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience designing and building complex distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve core banking capabilities from products and accounts to transactions and journals.
• Define reliable APIs, events, and data contracts for a coherent platform.
• Own services end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, operate, and improve.
• Improve observability, reliability, and deployment safety; participate in on-call and incident response.
