About The Role
Reporting to the Platform Service Management Lead, this role is primarily responsible for driving customer-centric process improvement initiatives and delivering automated, reliable cloud platform infrastructure services. You will lead the fast and effective execution of cross-functional initiatives, enhance self-service capabilities, and support continuous improvement across Platform-as-a-Product teams. Our team plays a key role in driving customer process improvements—whether that’s through self-service tools or more centralised capabilities. We also lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple platform teams, and we support internal enhancements to help our teams work more effectively.
Another important part of our role is coordinating and implementing customer proof-of-concept efforts and managing team allocation for new projects. But beyond that, we also provide the mechanism for prioritising work across teams—making sure the right work gets done at the right time.
And finally, we stay on top of industry trends and explore emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform and keep us ahead of the curve.
