Job summary

Newman Stewart is seeking a Plant Manager for a large-scale processing facility in the South of the UK. You will take overall responsibility for safety, regulatory compliance and operational performance, driving efficiency and reliability across all site activities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage the site P&L and budget, and oversee contracts and feedstock arrangements, ensuring delivery against financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in complex process or power-generation facilities.
• Proven ability to manage site P&L, budgets and contracts.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
