Job summary

Whittan Group seeks a senior Plant Manager to lead the Milton Keynes manufacturing operation. You will oversee Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) across Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality and Maintenance, driving operational excellence and a high-performing team.

You will implement lean initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, to-spec production while maintaining a strong safety culture and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in manufacturing with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in driving QCD performance across multiple functions.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
