Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in planning law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning appeals, s.106 agreements, compulsory purchase, planning obligations, CIL, EIA, highways, planning policy, enforcement, judicial review, and infrastructure agreements.
• Manage due diligence for major real estate and corporate transactions.
• Work with the Real Estate team and contribute to business development and growth.
